Ramadan Nights Get Loud as Burnout Nights Ignite the Track at BIC

Ramadan evenings in Bahrain are about to get louder. Much louder.

The second edition of Burnout Nights is set to light up the track this Friday at Bahrain International Circuit, bringing roaring engines, tyre-smoking action, and a high-energy motorsport atmosphere to the Kingdom’s iconic racing venue.

Starting at 8pm and running until midnight, the event transforms the circuit’s drift park into a stage for drivers ready to push their machines to the limit—creating clouds of white smoke and the unmistakable scent of burning rubber that motorsport fans know and love.

A Ramadan Motorsport Tradition

Burnout Nights have become one of the circuit’s most popular Ramadan attractions, drawing crowds of car enthusiasts who want to see raw driving skills on display in a safe and controlled environment.

The format is simple but thrilling: drivers spin their rear tyres at high speed while keeping the car stationary or maneuvering within a limited area, creating dramatic smoke effects and engine-roaring performances that are as much showmanship as they are mechanical power.

Anyone Can Join the Action

Unlike professional racing events, Burnout Nights are designed to be accessible. Drivers of all skill levels can take part by registering on the day, with participation fees starting at BD8 per driver. Crew members or passengers can join for BD5.5, while spectators can watch the spectacle from the grandstands for just BD2.

Those arriving by car can also opt for VIP car passes, giving them a prime viewing spot close to the action.

More Nights of Smoke Ahead

This Friday’s event is just the beginning. Additional Burnout Nights are scheduled throughout Ramadan, with upcoming rounds expected in early and mid-March, giving fans multiple chances to experience the adrenaline-fuelled shows.

Motorsport Energy in the Desert

Located in Sakhir, the Bahrain International Circuit, often called the “Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, hosts major global events including Formula 1, endurance racing, and grassroots motorsport programmes.
